Turn Around Time

We try and have quick turn around time here at Haunted Keepsakes, usually completing and shipping orders within two weeks of us receiving them. Depending on pending orders in house that time can be more. September and October are sure to be busy months so be sure and give yourself enough lead time so that your keepsakes can be delivered and enjoyed. We recommend placing your seasonal orders by the end of August, beginning of September.

Rush Orders

Sure, we do them. Let us know what you need, and we will do our best to accommodate you and your order. If for some reason we can't fulfill your request, we will let you know. There is an additional service charge for rush orders, plus additional charges for expedited shipping method chosen.

Samples

We understand that you might want to take a look at what we have to offer before you make a larger purchase with us. Haunted Keepsakes will be glad to craft you a sample of your design for 1/2 of the regular item price, with you paying the shipping. That way you can take a look and decide for yourself. We will try and accommodate all sample requests with in 10 days of them being requested. If you catch us during a busy time the wait might be longer, but we will let you know.

Shipping

You pay what we pay for shipping the finished items to you, with the exception of a small fee to cover boxing and packaging materials. Usually under $3.00 a package.

Incompatibility

It is a rarity, but we have can run across artwork or design that doesn't conform to our application process. We will always try to make it work, but if the end result is something that is not pleasing, we will contact you and attempt to remedy the problem with a modification or refund your money.

Artwork

We ask that you submit artwork either inserted into an email or as an attached jpeg file. We will email you to confirm that it has been received in a usable format and that we are a go. We will attempt to work with different file formats if necessary.

♦  Resolution note: We can work with just about any size image you send. High-resolution (150 - 300 dpi) prints out a bit sharper, however, we can work with web-sized (72 dpi) images as well. We have produced quality keepsakes using both types.
